abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To enable a simple and accurate measurement of a high-concentration substance by causing a plurality of enzymes to act on a single substance present in a biological fluid. SOLUTION: A plurality of enzymes acting on a target substance to be measured or a substance converted from the target substance to be measured are reacted. At this time, the substance is quantified by guiding one of a plurality of enzyme reaction systems to act on the indicator reaction. Then, the other enzyme reaction does not lead to the indicator reaction, and the substance to be measured in the reaction or the like or the substance converted therefrom does not act. By adjusting the addition ratio of the plurality of enzymes to be used, any measurement sensitivity and any measurement range can be set, so that quantification in a range corresponding to the concentration range of the measurement target substance present in the sample is simple and easy. Can be performed with high accuracy.
