SOLUTION: A battery element is accommodated in an exterior material 3 having a space 6 formed by deep drawing and a negative electrode terminal lead 4 and a positive electrode terminal lead 5 which are electrically connected to each electrode of the battery element 2. Was drawn out from the interior of the exterior material 3 to the outside, and the periphery of the exterior material 3 subjected to deep drawing was heat-welded, and heat-welded except for the portion from which the negative electrode terminal lead 4 and the positive electrode terminal lead 5 were drawn out.
