abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a thermosensitive recording medium having a high stability to a plasticizer and the like, in which recording sensitivity is greatly improved. SOLUTION: In a thermosensitive recording medium containing a diphenylsulfone cross-linked compound represented by the following general formula (I) as a developer, a compound represented by the following general formula (II) is contained as a sensitizer: In addition, the sensitizer is added in an amount of 0.1 to 1 part of the developer. A thermosensitive recording medium containing the composition in an amount of 01 to 2 parts. [In the formula, X and Y represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms which may have a saturated, unsaturated or ether bond; 1 to R 6 represent a halogen atom, a C 1 to C 6 alkyl group or an alkenyl group. M, n, p, q, r, and t represent integers from 0 to 4, and a represents an integer from 1 to 10. ] (In the formula, R 7 and R 8 represent a hydrogen atom, an alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an allyloxy group.)
