titleOfInvention | Lightweight battery container and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a battery container which accommodates a rechargeable lithium battery using a liquid electrolyte and has a required rigidity and is extremely lightweight. SOLUTION: A case having a cavity for accommodating at least one battery each having a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead, and a housing means provided in a case for accommodating the positive electrode lead and the negative electrode lead of each of the at least one battery And a conductive connection means for conductively connecting the positive electrode lead and the negative electrode lead of the at least one battery to an external source, respectively, wherein the conductive connection means is a first and a second battery associated with the housing means. A conductive pin member, wherein the first conductive pin member is in conductive contact with the positive electrode lead, the second conductive pin member is in conductive contact with the negative electrode lead, and at least a part of the first and second conductive pin members is contained in the housing. A battery case extending externally from the means to define an external contact of the case. |
