titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing plasma display panel
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plasma display panel excellent in image display performance by satisfactorily bonding a top portion of a partition wall and a glass plate facing the top portion to avoid deformation such as expansion. It is in. A partition top is flattened by polishing, and an adhesive member is applied to the flattened top. Next, the applied adhesive member 300 is heated and dried, and the adhesive component is polished and flattened. Thereafter, phosphor ink is applied between the partition walls 205 using a nozzle. The back plate 201 and the front plate 101 are aligned and opposed to each other, and the two plates are melt-bonded and the phosphor ink is baked to form a phosphor layer 207. Complete the DP.
