abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To exhibit high sensitivity to light in a long wavelength region such as a visible region and, consequently, a near infrared region, and to be insensitive to light in an ultraviolet region, and to be handled under a white fluorescent lamp. Provided are a photopolymerizable composition having excellent properties and a photopolymerizable lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: (A) an ethylenically unsaturated compound, (B) In a photopolymerizable composition containing a cyanine dye and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, the cyanine dye of the component (B) is a cyanine dye having a structure in which a heteroatom is bonded via a polymethine chain. And a dye having the following group (α) as a substituent on the polymethine chain. Embedded image (Wherein, Q 1 and Q 2 represents any substituent, Q 1 and Q Two may be linked to form a ring. )
