abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a fiber product treating agent composition for restoring the form of a deteriorated fiber product such as shape loss, expansion, shrinkage and the like. SOLUTION: (A) a water-soluble polymer compound selected from the group consisting of a water-soluble modified starch having a specific weight average molecular weight and a derivative thereof, and a water-soluble cellulose derivative having a specific weight average molecular weight; (B) a silicone compound; and (C) A textile product treating agent composition containing a nonionic surfactant in a specific ratio.
