abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To increase the limit elongation of the epidermis to permanent set, Shrinkage after peeling from the mold surface enables the mold surface shape to be restored to the same shape as when polyvinyl chloride resin powder is used. A powder slush molding is performed using a thermoplastic polyurethane resin powder obtained by reacting an MDI-based polyisocyanate and a polyol. A thermoplastic polyurethane resin obtained by reacting an MDI-based polyisocyanate with a polyol has a large critical elongation up to permanent set, which is equivalent to polyvinyl chloride. |
