abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method of adding a purification function to a surface regardless of a base material such as an organic substance, an inorganic substance, an organic-inorganic hybrid substance, and a metal substance. SOLUTION: A surface layer formed of a composite containing a photocatalytic titanium oxide contained in an organic material protective substance, or an underlayer formed of a composite containing a metal oxide containing silica is provided. A surface layer formed of a composite containing the photocatalytic titanium oxide encapsulated in the organic material protective material is formed thereon.
