abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide occupational health and safety, environmental pollution, and fire prevention due to volatilization of organic solvents in the process of forming a pre-dried coating film after being applied to a base material while having high resolution. The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition which is useful as a photoresist ink for manufacturing a printed wiring board, is water-soluble, and can be developed with water or a dilute aqueous alkaline solution. SOLUTION: (A) a water-soluble photosensitive resin obtained by introducing a styrylpyridinium group or a styrylquinolinium group into a polyvinyl alcohol polymer, and (B) a carboxyl group, which swells and disperses in a dilute alkaline aqueous solution. Or a dissolving binder polymer having no photoreactive ethylenically unsaturated group, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) a photopolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and (E) water. It can be developed with water or a diluted alkaline aqueous solution. |
