SOLUTION: It contains 100 parts by weight of a polysiloxane resin having a fluorohydrocarbon group as a substituent bonded to a silicon atom, and 10 to 80 parts by weight of colloidal silica, An anti-reflection film comprising a polysiloxane resin composition having a refractive index of 1.40 or less.
