(57) [Problem] To provide a flame-retardant styrenic resin composition which is excellent in moldability and flame retardancy and hardly deteriorates by heat. SOLUTION: A rubber-like polymer comprising a polymer composed of at least a styrene-based monomer and an unsaturated nitrile-based monomer as a sea phase component (S), and further grafting these monomers and occluding a copolymer of the above monomers.
