titleOfInvention | Novel peptide and AIDS virus (HIV-1) protease inhibitor containing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (With correction) [Solution] A peptide having a specific amino acid sequence, A peptide comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence, and having an AIDS virus (HIV-1) protease inhibitory activity, and containing the peptide as an active ingredient AIDS virus (HIV- 1) Protease inhibitors. According to the present invention, a novel peptide having an HIV-1 protease inhibitory activity is provided. The peptide of the present invention can be used as a research reagent for studying the properties of HIV-1 protease or AIDS virus, or as a lead compound for designing a new compound. If its function is sufficiently evaluated clinically, it can be used for treating AIDS. |
