abstract [Problem] Each lipoprotein (chylomicron, HD) in a sample L, LDL, or VLDL) Provided is a quantitative method characterized by directly and selectively measuring each in the presence of a phosphorus compound, a surfactant, and a protein solubilizing agent. Kind Code: A1 A system in which the reaction of each lipoprotein and enzyme is made selective by selecting the type of phosphorus compound and the type and concentration of a surfactant and a protein solubilizing agent, wherein each lipoprotein is contained in a sample. It is a system that can selectively measure cholesterol in each lipoprotein even in the coexisting state. The present invention is a method for individually quantifying cholesterol in each lipoprotein, for example, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, and ultra-low-density lipoprotein without fractionation operation. The present invention relates to a method for determining cholesterol in lipoprotein, which is important in terms of lipoprotein.
