[PROBLEMS] To provide a method for forming a CRT panel having a high-performance conductive film that can be formed by low-temperature heat treatment. A method for forming a CRT panel with a conductive film, comprising applying a coating solution containing a sol of Ru metal fine particles to a CRT panel and heating the coating solution. Further, the method for forming a cathode-ray tube panel with a conductive film described above, wherein a film having a lower refractive index than the conductive film is formed on the conductive film. |
