titleOfInvention Bright wet developer
abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a wet developer containing a glitter pigment and well dispersing negatively charged toner particles. SOLUTION: A wet developer in which copolymer resin particles composed of a copolymer resin composed of two or more kinds of monomer units and containing a glitter pigment are dispersed in an electrically insulating dispersion medium is used. (1) (i) The difference Δ (δp 1 −δd) between the SP value δp 1 of the homopolymer composed only of the first monomer unit of the copolymer resin and the SP value δd of the dispersion medium is 1.0 or more. (Ii) the difference Δ (δp 2 −δd) between the SP value δp 2 of the homopolymer composed only of the second monomer unit of the copolymer resin and the SP value δd of the dispersion medium is 1.0 or less; iii) Difference Δ (δp 1 −δp 2 ) between δp 1 and δp 2 Has a relationship of 0.5 or more, and (2) the copolymer resin particles wrap the core portion insoluble in the dispersion medium and the core portion; It comprises an outer edge portion that dissolves or swells in the dispersion medium, and further contains (3) lecithin and a metal sulfonate as a charge control agent.
