abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified foaming agent powder which suppresses generation of dust, suppresses agglomeration and solidification due to aging and load, is homogeneous and has good dispersibility in resin, and its production. It is an object to provide a method. SOLUTION: The blowing agent powder of the present invention is obtained by coating the surface of the blowing agent powder with a silane coupling agent and fats and oils. The blowing agent powder of the present invention may be prepared by: (a) adding a silane coupling agent and an oil or fat to the blowing agent powder; and (b) mixing the blowing agent powder under the mixing conditions where pulverization of the blowing agent powder is difficult to occur. It is manufactured via a process of mixing a ring agent and fats and oils. |
