abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a reaction mechanism calculation method capable of easily estimating a reaction process, and a process simulation method using the same. SOLUTION: The atoms constituting one or a plurality of chemical species are each dynamically moved, and a dynamic calculation for determining a state after a certain time is performed a plurality of times or until a target chemical species is obtained. A method for calculating a reaction mechanism, which is characterized by estimating a reaction process of a species, and a process simulation method for optimally designing a process using the method.
