SOLUTION: Monoglycerin fatty acid A method for preserving food, wherein a food to which at least one fatty acid ester selected from the group consisting of esters and ciglycerin fatty acid esters is added is enclosed in a bag or a container substantially impermeable to oxygen together with an oxygen scavenger. |
