titleOfInvention Capacitor and method of manufacturing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a capacitor made of a conductive polymer formed by chemically polymerizing polyaniline and polythiophene with a separator interposed between an anode dielectric oxide film made of a valve metal and a cathode, and having a high capacitance. And to easily obtain a capacitor having excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: In a capacitor formed by winding or laminating an anode valve metal having a dielectric oxide film formed thereon and a cathode with a separator interposed therebetween, a soluble polyaniline layer is formed as a first layer on the dielectric oxide film. As a result, a conductive polymer layer is formed without gaps between the deep portion of the etching pit of the dielectric oxide film and the inside of the separator. Further, by forming a conductive polymer layer made of polythiophene or a derivative thereof as a second layer by chemical polymerization, an electrolyte layer can be formed uniformly inside the capacitor element.
