(B) Of the core housing 3 or the face plate 2, the core housing 3 corresponding to the drawing surface is made transparent or translucent, and the core housing 3 and the face plate 2 are each made of an olefin-based synthetic resin. (C) The core block 5 is made of pulp raw paper.
