titleOfInvention Boost voltage generating circuit and nonvolatile semiconductor memory device using the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a boosted voltage generation circuit capable of obtaining a boosted voltage with a small deviation from a set value without impairing high-speed performance. SOLUTION: The booster circuit includes a booster circuit, and a voltage level setting circuit for detecting that the output voltage has reached a set value and performing control to stop the operation of the booster circuit. A first current path 901 provided between the terminal VPP and the ground terminal for detecting a set value of the boosted voltage and a second current path 902 for detecting a level slightly lower than the set value are provided. . A voltage drop element 905 is inserted in the current path 901. Comparators 903 and 904 for comparing the output of the detection nodes N1 and N2 of each current path with a reference value VREF are provided. Generates a control signal VPPGEN2 for performing low-speed boosting.
