titleOfInvention | Sound absorbing material and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To exhibit good sound absorption characteristics, not to deteriorate the sound absorption characteristics due to powder falling off or unevenness, etc., and to be light and thin, and to have the same workability as conventional porous materials. Provide a sound absorbing material provided. SOLUTION: Resin matrix 1 of foamed polyurethane The powder 2 is dispersed therein to form a sound absorbing material. Due to the action of the powder 2 and the pores 3 of the foamed polyurethane, good sound absorption characteristics are exhibited from a low frequency range to a high frequency range. Further, the powder 2 is held in the resin matrix 1 of the polyurethane foam and does not fall off. |
