titleOfInvention | Method for forming metal film on resin substrate surface |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a metal having a sufficiently high adhesion to a smooth resin substrate surface without forming irregularities on the surface of the resin substrate or pre-coating a material other than a desired metal film. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a metal film on a surface of a resin substrate on which a film can be formed. SOLUTION: The surface of a resin substrate is subjected to a treatment for imparting an OH group or a COOH group, the surface of the resin substrate is subjected to a treatment for immobilizing phthalocyanine, and then the surface of the resin substrate is subjected to wet plating or vapor phase growth. A metal film is formed by a method. |
