titleOfInvention | Method for producing plastic block having tile-like uneven pattern |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To achieve effective use of industrial waste and to reduce the weight and construction with high appearance that faithfully expresses tile-like and brick-like patterns with deep irregularities like tiles without post-processing. To provide a method of manufacturing a plastic block having a tile-like uneven pattern that is easy to perform. SOLUTION: A minute suction hole is provided in a mold, a mold having a tile-like uneven pattern is set in a mold, and a plastic film is laid on the surface of the mold to suck air. A composition composed of ground ceramic waste particles, cement and water is poured into the mold, and a cement mortar is poured thereon and laminated. A cement mortar surface is adhered to the front surface or the front and back surfaces of the hard foamed plastic hollow block to produce a plastic block having a tile-like uneven pattern. |
