titleOfInvention | Purification activation device |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] Purification activity that has low pressure loss of water and oil, does not require periodic cleaning of the inside, and is not particularly restricted in the installation direction of the device and the flow direction of water or oil. An apparatus is provided. SOLUTION: A cylindrical container (1) having a water or oil inlet / outlet (3a) at both ends, and a single or more spiral body (5) provided in the container, wherein the spiral body is located at an axial position in the container. And a spiral plate (6) which is externally fitted to the fixed shaft and whose outer edge is inscribed in the container. At least all or part of the surface layer portion is formed of a resin or ceramic material mixed with ceramic powder, and the ceramic powder or ceramic material purifies and activates water or oil flowing into the container. For example, the spiral plate is composed of a shaft portion (7) fitted externally to the fixed shaft and a plate portion (8) integrally and helically protruding from the outer periphery of the shaft portion. For example, the spiral plate is formed so as to be disassembled and assembled in the axial direction. Preferably, at least all or a part of the inner wall surface of the container is formed of a resin or ceramic material mixed with ceramic powder. The fixed shaft is at least partially formed of a permanent magnet. |
