abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide chiroinositol in a test solution containing at least myo-inositol and chiroinositol, Provided is a quantification method for accurate, simple, and inexpensive quantification without being substantially affected by myo-inositol. SOLUTION: A test solution containing at least myo-inositol and chiroinositol is reacted with a dehydrogenase having a higher specificity for myo-inositol than chiro-inositol, so that myo-inositol becomes myo-inosose 2, and then at least acts on chiro-inositol. This is a quantitative method for determining chiroinositol using dehydrogenase. |
