titleOfInvention Poorly water-soluble mineral composition
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] For the purpose of strengthening poorly water-soluble minerals in foods, sedimentation and separation during storage / distribution and suppression of recent bacterial growth, and excellent long-term dispersibility in liquid foods with stable quality. An object of the present invention is to develop a poorly water-soluble mineral composition in liquid form. The object is achieved by suspending and dispersing a poorly water-soluble mineral in a mixture of an emulsifier having a water solubility of polyhydric alcohol and / or saccharide and HLB = 8 or more, and subjecting the mixture to wet grinding.
