titleOfInvention Artificial granules
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The fluidity of the internal phase material is solidified, so that it is easy to handle, and since the internal phase material is blocked from the air by the external phase, it prevents discoloration and decay and has good storage stability. Provide artificial granules suitable for food materials that can be used for various applications. The present invention provides an artificial granule characterized in that a granule having an internal phase and an external phase covering the internal phase contains, in the internal phase, a fruit which does not substantially have the original form of chrominacea.
