titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing partition wall of plasma display panel |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method capable of manufacturing inexpensively and with high accuracy partition walls for separating discharge cells in a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: On a glass substrate 21, a laminated body 20 in which layers 22 mainly composed of ceramic powder and layers 24 of a material which disappears by heating such as resin are alternately stacked is arranged. Heating the laminate 20 causes the layer 24 to disappear. After heating, a plurality of partition walls 22 'made of a ceramic sintered body Remain on the substrate 21 at predetermined intervals. The portion where the resin has disappeared becomes a space 24 'for plasma discharge. |
