titleOfInvention | Positively chargeable toner and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a positively chargeable toner excellent in initial charge rising property and charge stability. SOLUTION: (A) a polymer resin obtained by copolymerizing a vinyl monomer and an amino monomer at a polymerization weight ratio of 97.5: 2.5 to 99.9: 0.1, and (B) a general formula; (R 1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, R 2 and R 3 are an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, R 4 is an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and X and Y Is hydrogen or a hydroxyl group.) Wherein the quaternary ammonium salt (B) has a particle size of 0.05 A positively-chargeable toner dispersed at about 0.4 μm, to which a quaternary ammonium salt-dispersed resin obtained by subjecting a quaternary ammonium salt (B) to a masterbatch treatment with a styrene-acrylic resin or a polyester resin is added. It is characterized by being obtained. |
