abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] A carbon dioxide sensor that operates at room temperature, has sufficient sensitivity and responsiveness, has high selectivity, and is excellent in moisture resistance, and a carbon dioxide concentration using the carbon dioxide sensor. Measurement method. SOLUTION: In the carbon dioxide sensor of the present invention, a detection electrode and a counter electrode are provided in contact with a solid electrolyte, respectively. The solid electrolyte contains a metal ion conductor, the detection electrode has a metal oxide layer containing a conductive metal oxide, and a current collector, and the detection electrode contains hydrogen carbonate ions. This carbon dioxide sensor measures carbon dioxide concentration by adsorbing carbon dioxide in the form of hydrogen carbonate ions on the surface of the conductive metal oxide and / or the surface of the solid electrolyte. |
