abstract (57) [Problem] To be used as a color material for a beautiful and stable color ink of a single color such as blue, green, and yellow without adding a dye or a pigment, and without using an inspection device. Another object of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent multilayer film-coated powder having a function of further improving the anti-counterfeiting performance of a printed matter or the like by a simple method such as irradiating a light source such as a fluorescent lamp or an infrared lamp indoors. SOLUTION: In a multilayer-coated powder having a plurality of coating films on base particles, at least one layer of the coating film has a fluorescent substance.
