(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a high damping material composition which can exhibit high damping properties permanently and can be applied to a use environment in a wide temperature range. An attenuating agent such as a hindered phenol compound is blended with a base polymer having an acidic or basic polar side chain, and a non-crystalline material such as a phenol resin or dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) resin is added thereto. Resin is blended to increase the compatibility between the base polymer and the damping agent, and does not cause bleeding or crystallization of the damping agent. And has its damping performance. |
