(57) Abstract: Bone loss; inflammatory disease; infection; HIV-associated cachexia and other immunodeficiency disorders; septic shock; Dysfunction, including pain; injury; cancer; anorexia; pathological starvation; Parkinson's disease; cardiovascular disease; hypotension; hypertension; urinary retention; angina; ulcers; benign prostatic hypertrophy; and mental and neurological disorders. Alternatively, there is a need to identify and characterize protein serine / threonine kinases that can play a role in the prevention, amelioration or correction of disease.
