abstract | (57) Abstract: A method of forming a phosphor layer of a PDP, which is performed by screen printing using a photolithography technique with high accuracy without increasing the proportion of the resin amount in the phosphor paste. A phosphor layer having the same thickness as when the phosphor layer is formed is formed. SOLUTION: When forming a multicolor phosphor layer in a groove between partitions of a plasma display panel substrate, a phosphor paste of a predetermined emission color is applied to all the grooves between the partitions, By applying a photosensitive material to the substrate, exposing and developing, the phosphor paste applied in the non-selected grooves was removed, and this was repeated a plurality of times to select a plurality of phosphor pastes for each color. After leaving in predetermined grooves between the partition walls, a baking process forms a multicolor phosphor layer in the grooves between the partition walls. |
