titleOfInvention | Top coating composition and method for forming the coating film |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide not only excellent curability and weather resistance, but also extremely excellent stain resistance, and to form a very excellent high appearance coating film on an object to be coated. A composition is provided. A partially hydrolyzed condensate of an organosilicate compound represented by the following general formula (I) having a surface tension of 30 dyne / cm or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of an organic coating composition (A): B) 0.01 to 20 parts by weight, and a partial hydrolysis of the organosilicate compound represented by the general formula (I) other than the partially hydrolyzed condensate (B) of the organosilicate compound having a surface tension of more than 30 dyne / cm. An overcoat composition comprising 2 to 70 parts by weight of a decomposition condensate (C). |
