SOLUTION: In anionic polymerization using a monoorganic lithium compound or a polyfunctional organolithium compound as a polymerization initiator, a π-complexed compound comprising a benzene ring compound having a substituent is replaced with a polymerization initiator active site of the π-complexed compound.
