abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a pharmaceutical or food material with a water-soluble vitamin K fraction obtained from a fermented product of Bacillus natto. SOLUTION: A drug or a food material contains a water-soluble vitamin K fraction obtained from a fermented product of Bacillus natto, alone or in a mixture with another. It has the effect of maintaining a much higher blood vitamin K concentration for a long time by a single oral ingestion, compared to vitamin K contained in conventional medicines and foods.
