| abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sink marks of a molded product caused by curing shrinkage of a thermosetting resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin when the thermosetting resin is molded by a casting method. SOLUTION: A core material 3 made of an ABS resin or the like is disposed in a mold 1 in advance, and a thermosetting resin liquid 5 is injected into the core material 3 and heated. An appropriate amount of volume expansion is caused in the core material 3, and the expansion of the core material and the curing shrinkage of the thermosetting resin are synchronized. |
