titleOfInvention Glucose sensor
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To accurately measure the glucose concentration in blood without collecting blood without contacting a living body. A light having a wavelength λ1 in an absorption wavelength band of glucose, a light having a wavelength λ2 outside the absorption wavelength band of glucose, and a wavelength λ3 in an infrared wavelength band for measuring blood flow at a light irradiation site. Light emitting means 1, 2 and 3 for irradiating the living body with light of the same wavelength, and detecting means 20, 21 and 22 for detecting the intensities of the three wavelengths of light transmitted or reflected from the living body. Calculating means 8 for calculating the ratio of the light intensity of λ1 and λ2; Detecting means 23 for measuring a living body temperature; calculating means for calculating the temperature of the light irradiation site from the detection means and performing temperature correction of the glucose amount; and detecting the blood flow of the light irradiation site from the light of λ3. A glucose sensor comprising: a calculating means for calculating; and a calculating means 8 for calculating a blood glucose concentration at the light irradiation site from the temperature-corrected glucose amount and the blood flow rate.
