titleOfInvention Fe-based soft magnetic alloy
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-based soft magnetic alloy having high thermal stability, high saturation magnetic flux density and high magnetic permeability, low coercive force and low magnetostriction, and excellent soft magnetic properties. SOLUTION: A melt of an alloy represented by the composition formulas (1) and (2) is rapidly cooled to be amorphous, and then heat-treated at a temperature higher than a crystallization temperature to have a bcc structure having an average crystal grain size of 30 nm or less. Fe-based soft magnetic alloy formed by precipitation of Fe crystal grains is adopted. (Fe 1-a Z a) b B x M y M 'z (1) (Fe 1-a Z a) b B x M y M' z X t (2) where, Z is Co, of Ni One or two, M is T one or more of i, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, and Mo; M ′ is one or more of elements having a mass number of 180 or more, X is one or more of Si, Al, Ge, and Ga, and 0 ≦ a ≦ 0.2, 75 atomic% ≦ b ≦ 93 atomic%, 0.5 atomic% ≦ x ≦ 18 atomic%, 4 atomic% ≦ y ≦ 9 atomic%, z ≦ 5 atomic%, 0 atomic% ≦ t ≦ 5 atomic%.
