abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] An optically active aluminum which is a multifunctional composite metal complex in the presence of a Lewis acid without synthesizing a racemic compound and then removing unnecessary optical isomers by optical resolution in the presence of a Lewis acid. Provided is a method for directly producing an optically active α-substituted-β-aminoketone derivative from an optically inactive starting material by an asymmetric Mannich reaction using an α-aminoether using an alkali metal-binaphthol complex as a catalyst. I do. SOLUTION: (General formula 1): A process for producing an optically active α-substituted-β-aminoketone derivative by carrying out an asymmetric Mannich reaction using an optically active aluminum-alkali metal-binaphthol complex, a Lewis acid and an α-aminoether derivative as shown in (1).
