abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet capable of forming a high-definition printing image quality without occurrence of beading, and to have good ink absorbency, water resistance of a printing portion, and smoothness. An object of the present invention is to provide an ink jet recording sheet having excellent glossiness. SOLUTION: A support, a water-soluble resin cross-linked thereon by a cross-linking agent, inorganic fine particles, and a polymer having a molecular weight of 1. An ink jet recording sheet having an ink receiving layer containing a cationic or basic oligomer of 0 × 10 3 to 8.0 × 10 3 . When the support is a paper support, the width of the surface is 5 to 30 μm and the length is 30 to 2 μm. It is preferable to have 30 to 500 cracks / mm 2 of 00 μm.
