abstract (57) [Summary] (Modifications) [PROBLEMS] To provide a laminate having a polyester extrusion coat layer provided on a base material such as a metal, with excellent coating uniformity, completeness of coating, adhesion, heat resistance and moldability. Further, the present invention provides a laminate which can be manufactured at low cost, with good yield, and at high speed. SOLUTION: In a can-made laminate comprising a metal substrate and a thermoplastic polyester layer provided on the surface of the substrate, When the thermoplastic polyester layer has a dicarboxylic acid component mainly composed of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and a total glycol component of 0.1%. At least 5 mol% and less than 20 mol% contain a glycol component which is a 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol component, and at the temperature during melt extrusion, the following formula (1) R = η 12.2 / η 1216 (1 ) (Η 12.2 and η 1216 are the shear rates 12.2 sec −1 and 1216 sec at the extrusion temperature of the polyester, respectively. (Melt viscosity at −1 ) is 2.0 or more, and η 1216 is 500 poise or more.
