titleOfInvention Formwork with concavo-convex pattern made of composite molded article and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a new formwork that is lightweight, has excellent rigidity and toughness, and can withstand repeated use. SOLUTION: Composite molding of a sandwich structure having a concavo-convex pattern on at least one surface and having a porous core layer composed of lightweight filler particles and a cured resin between dense skin layers composed of upper and lower fiber reinforced resins. A mold having a plate-like portion, which is made of a product, which is useful as a mold for manufacturing a cement-based board and a mold for molding the mold. The sandwich structure constituting the plate-like portion has a dense skin layer composed of upper and lower fiber reinforced resins including at least one surface irregularities, and a separation membrane between a porous core layer composed of lightweight filler particles and a cured resin. Are preferably used.
