titleOfInvention | Flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding |
abstract | (57) [Problem] A gas shielded arc capable of obtaining a good bead shape with suppressed undercut even when welding with a high current in vertical downward welding and improving the working efficiency. Provide a flux cored wire for welding. SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding has a TiO 2 : 1.0 with respect to the total weight of the wire. To 3.0 wt%, Al 2 O 3: 0.10 to 0.30 wt%, K 2 O: 0.02 to 0.2 wt%, Si: 0. 40 to 1.10% by weight, Mn: 1.5 to 3.0% by weight, Fe: 5.0 to 10% by weight, FeO and Fe It contains at least one iron oxide selected from the group consisting of 2 O 3 . Also, ([TiO 2 ] + [Al 2 O 3 ]) / The value represented by [K 2 O] is 10 to 66, The value represented by [Al 2 O 3 ] / [FeO + Fe 2 O 3 ] is 0.3 to 1.2. |
