titleOfInvention Wastewater biological treatment method
abstract (57) [Summary] A special device other than a biological reaction tank can efficiently purify metazoans in a biological reaction tank and effectively purify wastewater having a high concentration of BOD components. To provide a biological treatment method for wastewater that does not require wastewater. SOLUTION: Since the microorganism holding material 16 is added to the biological reaction tank 12 in a small volume addition ratio in the range of 1 to 6%, the frequency of contact between the microorganism holding materials 16 is reduced, and the microorganism holding is carried out by shearing force due to the contact. After attaching to the material 16, the living animal is less likely to peel off. As a result, the outflow of metazoans flowing out of the biological reaction tank 12 is reduced as compared with the case where the contact frequency is increased by adding a large amount of the microorganism holding material 16, and as a result, the growth is promoted.
