An optical recording / reproducing inspection apparatus is provided, and a manufacturing method capable of mass-producing the optical head is provided. SOLUTION: An optical head 1 with a micro lens is provided with a micro lens 1 provided at an intermediate portion of one surface of a silicon substrate 17. 3, a step 3 formed at an end of one surface and formed from one side wall to the other side wall, and a second portion formed on the other surface opposite to the surface on which the microlenses 13 are formed.
