The immersed meat is rolled stepwise and continuously at room temperature with a roller so that the thickness of the immersed meat is about 1.5 to 5 mm or less and the stretching ratio is about 1.5 to 3 times the area of the original meat. The rolled meat dries to 15-30% moisture. If the raw mass of raw meat is large, slice it.If there are many muscle fibers and strong bonding, Make some streaking.
