abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a pet food that uses raw meat, has a good appearance, has excellent tearability, and can be given easily. SOLUTION: Raw meat of livestock meat such as chicken fillet, eggplant and horse meat is immersed in a storage immersion liquid containing saccharides as a main component. The immersed meat is rolled stepwise and continuously at room temperature with a roller so that the thickness of the immersed meat is about 1.5 to 5 mm or less and the stretching ratio is about 1.5 to 3 times the area of the original meat. The rolled meat dries to 15-30% moisture. If the raw mass of raw meat is large, slice it.If there are many muscle fibers and strong bonding, Make some streaking. The obtained dry sheet pet food has excellent preservability, beautiful appearance, and good tearability, so that it can be given to pets by tearing. In particular, it is suitable for young pets, sick pets, old pets, and the like having weak chewing power.
